I first felt ever-so-slight, occasional baby movements at about 17 weeks... but this weekend, this little baby has been pretty active! I have felt lots of movement which is definitely fun! We've been pretty active too and usually I'm sad for the weekend to end... but since we're so excited for our ultrasound on Tuesday, I actually don't mind the time flying by! Just 2 more days!
We also got to welcome another little baby into the world yesterday: Luke Michael Perkins was born to our good friends Jess & Stu, and big sister Eliana and we enjoyed meeting and holding him...such a sweet & peaceful little boy! :) Congrats Perkins family!

ReplyDeleteSo "little one" is busy in there moving all around. That's so cool. I'll never ever forget that feeling when I was expecting you and Justine. It was so fun, I smiled each and every time and even laughed out loud when an elbow or knee would buldge as if it were going to pop my baloon stomach. Uh: Little girls move a lot. At least two little grils I know did. YOU and JUSTINE. I understand Justine will be the first one to know the news on Tuesday. I think that's great! Just make the two grandma's second. You can call me and Mike can call Darlene or the other way around. :-) I am getting so excited, so I know you and Mike are estatic. What time can I expect the call? Just call the cell phone, I'll have it all charged up and attatched to my hip.
